Matters need attention of use:
1.The insertion of the outer tube should not be too deep (the outer
tube cuff is slightly short), so as not to be too close to the
carinal process and affect the insertion direction or adjustment of
the inner tube.
2.It is recommended that the first use of this product should be
completed by doctors skilled in fiberoptic bronchoscopy and fully
understand the ventilation principle of this product. If the
traction effect is not avoided, the inner tube can be inserted into
the healthy lung first (the side requiring one-lung ventilation).
3.It has been proved that without the guidance of fiberoptic
bronchoscopy, it is easier to insert the inner tube on the right
side, but more difficult on the left side (which may be related to
the improper arc of the front end of the inner tube), so blind
insertion requires more skilled skills of the product. If the inner
tube is inserted on the right side for the first time, the inner
tube can be retreated into the main line, rotated clockwise or
counterclockwise 180° and inserted down again, which may enter the
left side.
4.If there is no fiberoptic bronchoscope, the inner tube is
recommended to be inserted to the maximum depth or close to the
maximum depth (until the resistance increases), and the inner tube
is slowly withdrawn until there is a breath sound in the upper lung
